Teenager kills niece after sexual assault
KARACHI, June 14 2006: At least six people were killed in different incidents in the metropolis on June 13. A ten-year-old girl was murdered when one of her relatives sexually harassed her and then stabbed her in Orangi Town. According to police, Abdul Rehman, 14, who was a step-uncle of the deceased girl, came to his sister’s house, where his two nieces Iqra, 10, and Aqsa, 13, were present. Abdul Rehman, asked Aqsa to leave the room and as she left, he turned into a sex maniac, overpowered Iqra and assaulted her sexually.
When Aqsa returned, she saw Iqra in a pool of blood. She shouted at which Abdul Rehman tried to catch her. However, Aqsa saved her life by locking herself in a washroom. At this, Abdul Rehman fled.
