PTV national to broadcast live proceeding of Parliament: Pervaiz
ISLAMABAD – Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Senator Pervaiz Rashid on Thursday informed the National Assembly that PTV National would broadcast live proceedings of the Parliament.
The minister said that, PTV National had been assigned to broadcast live proceeding of the budget session keeping in view the desire of members of National Assembly and Senate from both treasury as well as opposition. The minister said that he had issued instructions that equal time must be given to members of the National Assembly and Senate as proceedings of both the houses are going simultaneously.
Pervaiz expressed the hope that members of the Parliament would be satisfied from the decision as their voice would reach to the people of the country.
