HUJ holds protest demo
HYDERABAD- The Hyderabad Union of Journalist (HUJ) held a protest demonstration outside Press Club to protest the murder of Kandkhkot journalist, on October 24, 2002. Later, the journalists observed token hunger strike. They were carrying banner, placards. They strongly condemned the incident and demanded of the government to try the murder case in Anti-Terrorism Court.
The HUJ President, Hamid Shaikh, Acting General Secretary, Junaid Khanzada, Senior Journalist Malik Aziz, Saleem Qureshi, Abdul Hafeez Abid, Usman Ajmari, Shahid Shaikh, Taj Memon, Yaseen Rahi, Hamid-ur-Rahman, Adeel Pathan, Qazi Shakeel and others were also president on the occasion.
