Five booked for assaulting women
NAWABSHAH, Aug 08 2006: The Nawabshah police booked five persons on Aug 07 for sexually assaulting a married women. Rano Channa, resident of the Faiz Channa village, had lodged an FIR at the Mirzapur police station under section 10/4 of the Zina and Hudood Ordinance against five persons Bhaledino Channa, Bashir Channa, Noor Mohammad and two unidentified people stating Gulshad Channa, to her parent’s home on July 23 when the accused stopped them, tied him up and sexually assaulted his wife. The SHo of Mirzapur police station said that the case was registered on the directives of the district and session judge of Nawabshah. No arrest was made till the time of filing this report.
