Sindh information minister visits KUJ office
KARACHI: Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon visited the office of the Karachi Union of Journalists (KUJ) on Sunday.
He met with the office-bearers and members of the executive committee of the KUJ. Speaking on the occasion, the minister lauded the role of journalist community towards the cause of democracy in the country. He further pointed out that journalism was a very noble profession. Memon spoke of the government’s deep interest for the betterment of the journalist community and resolution of their problems. The KUJ office-bearers apprised the minister of their problems and put forward suggestions for the betterment of the journalist community.
