Rs 8.4 million approved for local administration offices automation
ISLAMABAD, August 12 2005: The Information Technology Ministry has approved Rs 8.4 million for complete automation of local administration offices. “The project aims at providing e-services to all the offices of local administration officials, including assistant and deputy commissioners;” a project manager in the Information Technology Ministry told Business Recorder here on Thursday August 11.
A high-level meeting, chaired by federal Information Technology minister, had decided to launch the proposed project from mid of September.
