NGO office bombed

BATAGRAM: At least four employees of an NGO sustained severe injuries when a remote control bomb went off at the gate of its office. The explosive material went off in the office of SPO due to which Rafi­ul-Allah, Anwar Sheikh, M Irfan, Yousaf Ali, Qamar-uz-Zaman and Abdul Aziz sustained injuries. Two of the injured are reported in a critical condition.

Meanwhile, a bomb blast on Tuesday damaged the school building in the outskirts of the district at Kahi area while the pamphlets found from the premises of the school threatened closing down all the girls’ school in the area.

A private TV channel quoted police sources as saying that the locally made bomb was planted at the Girls Primary School, Rashidabad, which later exploded with a big bang.
