New Television channel to start beaming from March next
KARACHI- A new television channel for the Asians will start beaming its transmission from March next year.
This was stated by M. Zaheer Khan, the Director Programmes of Asian Multimedia Network (MN).
He said that the head office of the AMN will be in Abu Dhabi, but it will have a regional offices in Pakistan and India for preparing and procuring the programmes.
Zaheer Khan said that the AMN programmes will be in Urdu and English languages and can be watched in the subcontinent, South East Asia, Australia, Africa and parts of Europe.
He stated that diverse programmes for the people of all ages will be telecast including drama serials, independent telefilms, documentaries, music and different shows.
Zaheer Khan said that the AMN will transmit entertainment, educational and informative programmes.
It will procure programmes from India and Pakistan and will also telecast programmes from the United Arab Emirates, he further added.
