ISLAMABAD- Islamabad is likely to become the center stage in days to come, as international media teams are rushing to the Pakistan capital post haste.

It was learnt that the Cable, News Network (CNN) has already asked its New Delhi, the Hong Kong and London Bureau chiefs to reach Islamabad. Similarly, other international media teams including the BBC, DW and others are also likely to arrive in the city soon.

This would be after a long time that international media is converging in strength on the federal capital. There are no clear signs as to what might had caused this expected concentration of foreign media in Islamabad, but there are indications that Afghanistan likely to be the focus of attention.
