Nadra to carry out data entry of ECP on daily basis
KARACHI: The deputy chairman of the National Database and Registration Authority has instructed all Nadra registration centres to carry out data entry of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) till February 5.
Addressing a conference of general managers of the authority on Tuesday, Tariq Malik said the data entry project was of extreme importance and should be timely completed.
Nadra centres will carry out data entry from 8 am till 10 pm every day, including Sundays and gazette holidays, till the completion of the project.
He added that all doubleshift Nadra registration centres would start their first shift at 7 am and the second shift at 2.30 pm.
Mr Malik said that mobile registration vans and semiregistration units would also work for extended timings from 8 am to 7 pm to ensure that registration needs of the public were met in an effective manner.
