Karo — Kari claims another life
Sukkur: A girl was shot dead by her uncle on the pretext of Karo-Kari in the Yaroo Lund police station jurisdiction on April 3.
Azim, father of the girl, Maryam, lodged an FIR against his bother, Noor Mohammad, at the Yaroo Lund police station.
PROTEST: Over two hundred people staged a sit in for two hours at the Shalimar railway crossing, Minara Road, against Hesco on April 3.
The protesors, who burnt tyres and pelted stones on vehicular traffic accused Hesco officials of taking illegal gratification.
They also criticized the officials for not installing a new transformer in the area.
