Information Ministry to get ready for challenges
ISLAMABAD – Minister for Information and Broadcasting Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said the Ministry of Information should get well prepared to face the challenges ahead.
“The ministry should make all preparations for the challenges ahead in the different sector,” Rashid said while addressing a reception hosted in the honour of information minister and Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Aneesa Zeb Tahirkheli by the Ministry of Information.
Rashid said: “We all require to do hard work.” He pointed out that the work of the ministry becomes tougher when situation becomes serious. With the grace of Allah Almighty, he said, we have passed through successfully in every hour of trial and would continue to pray for successes in future as well.
Minister of State Aneesa Zeb Tahirkheli, in her address, thanked President Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz for giving her the assignment in such an important ministry.
