HRCP for crisis management system
Karachi:The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP), on Wednesday, while condemning the attack on Benazir Bhutto’s convoy in the city, expressed its grave concern over escalation of terrorist attacks in the country and denounced in every possible word, the continued failure on the part of authorities to guarantee the safety of people.
In an emergency meeting, the Sindh council of the HRCP demanded of the government that this tragedy should not be used to curb or stop political activities. It urged for a proper crisis management system to deal with such frequent
emergencies and tragedies.
