FUUAST sets up media gallery
Karachi: The Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) has established a modern television studio and media gallery.
A spokesman of the institution said that the facility has been set up at FUUAST’s Abdul Haq Campus at a cost of Rs two million.
The studio has been equipped with three high definition cameras, VTR, edit suite, hi-fi sound system, sound mixing, audio and video switches and sound proofing. This will help in facilitating the students of the department of mass communication to get information about the electronic media coverage.
Vice-Chancellor of FUUAST, Prof Dr Muhammad Qaiser, will perform the inauguration of the facility on July 25, while a lecture on the expansion of the electronic media has also been arranged.
