KARACHI: Council of Pakistan Newspaper Editors (CPNE) President Syed Faseih Iqbal and Secretary General Wamiq Zuberi condemned failure of the government and law-enforcement agencies to recover kidnapped Sohail Qalander, resident editor, daily Express, Peshawar.
