Aziz Mohmand passes away
RAWALPINDI: Daily Jang Resident Manager, Rawalpindi, Abdul Aziz Mohmand breathed his last after a heart attack on Sunday.
A resident of Jahangir Road, Mohmand broke fast at home with family. About 8:30pm, he had a heart problem and his neighbour Asad Ayub rushed him to Benazir Bhutto Hospital.
He was shifted to the hospital’s emergency block, where doctors pronounced him dead after examination.
Mohmand was a graduate from Gomal University, DI Khan. He had been with Daily Jang for 22 years. He belongs to Mansehra, where he will be buried in his ancestral graveyard today (Monday). He was survived by a son and three daughters.
The News staff held a condolence reference on his sad demise and prayed for the departed soul. Mohmand’s funeral was offered at 11.30pm Sunday in Rawalpindi. His body has been taken to Mansehra where his funeral will again be offered before burial.
