APNS awards ceremony on March 28
KARACHI: The 21st APNS Awards ceremony will be held at President House in Islamabad on March 28. Awards will be distributed by President Asif Ali Zardari.
Those selected for the awards are: Best investigative report, Ayesha Siddiqa, Newsline; best investigative report (business / economic) Talib Qizilbash, Newsline; best investigative report (environmental / conservation / gender) Razia Fareed, Jang; best column (English), Huma Yousuf, ; best column (Urdu) Yasir Pirzada, Jang; best column (provincial language) Manzoor Mirani, Kawish; best feature (English) Maheen Bashir Adamjee and Zara Farooqui; best feature (Urdu), Ghulam Mohiuddin, Jang; best feature (provincial language) Humerah Noor, Ibrat; best cartoon Abdul Karim Rathore, The News Int`l.; and best photograph Shafiq Awan, Daily Times.
