World Sports Journalism Day observed
Peshawar–Provincial Minister for Sports Syed Aqil Shah while extended government support to journalists said that sports journalism is vital for promotion of any sports in the world and without it no sports could progress.
This, he said while addressing ‘World Sports Journalism Day’ function organized by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sports Writers’ Association here at conference room of Qayyum Sports Complex.
The function was attended by President, Secretary and other members of the KP Sports Writers Association, President of Pakistan Sports Writers Federation Amjad Aziz Malik, President of Press Club Saiful Islam Safi, President of Khyber Union of Journalist Arshad Aziz Malik, office-bearers of various associations, Director General Engineer Khanzeb Khan, Director Sports FATA Faisal Jamil Shah, Director Sports PSB Coaching Center Ghulam Noorani Khan, sports promoters and players.
