Wife’s killer gets death
HAFIZABAD: District and Sessions Judge Syed Pervaiz Ali Shah sentenced M Bukhsh Tarar of Kot Qadir Bukhsh to death under Section 302 PPC and fined of Rs100,000 for murdering his wife Fakhra Bibi.
According to prosecution, Bukhsh had suspected fidelity of his wife and he planned to get rid of her. On the night of April 13, 2011 he took his wife on a bike and on way between Vanike Tarar and Kot Qadir Bukhsh where he shot her dead. And also got himself injured with a bullet. Later, he told the police that some unidentified bandits had fired at them. During interrogation he confessed having killed his wife over her dubious character.
