Two killed over Karo-Kari
SUKKUR: Two persons were killed and 15 others injured in separate incidents in Kandhkot on Tuesday. A report said two persons, including a woman, were killed over Karo-Kari in the village of Ghulam Sarwar Suhriani in the B-section police limits.
Senghar Ali Suhriani suspected that his sister Robina, 25, was having illicit relations with Chandio Suhriani, 30. On Tuesday, he allegedly went to the house of Chandio Suhriani, and shot him dead. He later killed his sister Robina and fled. No case was registered till the filing of this report. Separately, a passenger coach, going to Karachi from the Punjab, hit a stationary truck and overturned, injuring 15 passengers. The injured were shifted to a Kandhkot hospital. The accident took place near Daro Laro. Ghouspur police impounded the vehicles, but the drivers fled.
