Setting ablaze daily paper office flayed

LAHORE- Strongly condemning the incident of setting ablaze the office of a Daily Business Recorder in Karachi, business community of the country has demanding immediate action against the responsible of the incident.

President Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Ilyas M Ch. in a statement demanded that responsible of this heinous incident should be exemplary punished.

Chairman Pakistan Industrial & Traders Association Front (PIAF), Mian Shafqat Ali criticising the incident hailed the role of the daily in the development of the business and industrial sector. He also greeted the management of the daily that after the incident, continuity of the newspaper was not adversely affected.

Executive member of LCCI Mian Anjum Nisar said that the daily was a business newspaper and working exclusively for the promotion of this sector. He demanded that government should take serious steps for the protection of the Press.

The Chairman of the Township Industry Association and Pakistan Plastic Manufacturers Association. lqbal Baig Chugtai and Muhammed Ali Mian also vehemently condemned the incident.
