Print and Media Show from May 6
LAHORE – About 250 Pakistani entrepreneurs are expected to attend Print and Media Show, Drupa 2004, to be held in Duesselfdorf, Germany, from May 6 — 19, 2004.
According to a spokesman of Liaison Office for Messe Duesseldorf GmbH in Pakistan, “as an industry trend-setter Drupa presents a detailed insight into future developments in technology.”
It, he added, is the world’s largest event and the hub of the print and media industry, besides a key venue where international industry experts can make their investment decisions.
In the last Drupa held in 2000 there were 1,943 exhibitors from 50 countries who got 158,875 square meter space booked for their products and as many 428,248 visitors including 47 percent from outside Germany visited.
As the international meeting point for the printing industry Drupa is an unparalleled communication forum from media supplier and corporate publisher to bookbinder or creative designer, he stated.
