PEMRA Amendment Act Provides Protection To Journalists: Murtaza Solangi
Federal Caretaker Minister For Information And Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi has said that PEMRA Amendment Act provides protection to all journalists and that Government will take legal steps for the employment of journalists.
He was talking to media in Islamabad today.
He informed the media that date for filing of nomination papers for the upcoming general elections has been extended for two more days.
He said there is no reason for delay in general elections 2024.
He said security is being provided to protesting women and children who came from Balochistan.
A Dialogue Committee, he said, will hold a meeting with the Prime Minister regarding Balochistan.
