Mobilink expands network
KARACHI: Mobilink’s network expansion plan has taken the company to ten new cities in different parts of the country in the last one month, a company statement said on May 12.
“The company has launched its sales and services in Mandi Bahauddin, Mianlwali, Vehari, Jhang and Nankana Sahib, in the Punjab province,” said the statement. The statement informed the company has also started its service and sales in Mir pur Mathelo and Ghotki in the Sindh province, Mirpur Khas and Larkana are also expected to connect shortly while in the NWFP province Pabbi has been added to the network.
“The company has invested heavily in the infrastructure expansion during the current year and is planning to reach a total of 350 cities and towns in the country by the end of year 2004,” added the statement.
