Missing persons’ families stage demonstration
ISLAMABAD: The families of missing persons on Saturday staged a protest demonstration in front of the Supreme Court, seeking early release of their loved ones allegedly abducted by the intelligence agencies.
Amina Masud Janjua led the demonstration. The protesting families carried pictures of their loved ones and banners and placards inscribed with slogans demanding their release. Amna Janjua told journalists that they were demanding their legal rights from the government. The protestors later dispersed peacefully.
