Minor girl raped
KARACHI: A minor girl of six-year-old was raped by her first cousin in Moosa Colony in the Gulberg police limits on Wednesday.
Station House Officer (SHO), Gulberg police station, Asad Aleem, said that the rape was committed in Moosa Colony in Gulberg. The victim U was rushed to a hospital and upon being inquired she told the police that the offence was committed by her first cousin Ismail, 18, who was residing a few distance away from her residence.
The SHO said that the police arrested the accused and took him to the police station where he disclosed that he was alone at his house and went to his uncle’s house (victim’s house) and took the girl with him to his residence and raped her. A case was registered at the police station and further probe was underway.
