KARACHI -Society for the Protection of Rights for the Child (SPARC) the Child Rights Free Week campaign concluded Friday.
The objective of this drive was to raise awareness among the general masses, the government and the various stakeholders on the ever-growing child labour.
The emphasis this year is on Domestic Child labour. SPARC Sindh designed the activities as to promote social volunteerism among children and convey massage to the masses.
Signature campaign regarding to the ban on Domestic Child Labour was initiated in all the mentioned CRCs including with Child Rights Clubs of Karachi.
School children carried out a signature campaign in Karachi, Sanghar, Mithi, Larkana and Khairpur. More than 6000 sigÂnatures on banner entitled “Make your homes child labour free” collected in interior Sindh including with Karachi More than 20 boys and girls Children of Child Rights Clubs.
