KARACHI (January 05 2008): Provincial Minister for Information, Dewan Mohammed Yousuf Farooqui and Secretary Information Fasihuddin Khan, have condemned the armed attack on Ali Kazi, Chief Executive KTN and Editor Kawish, and Naz Sehto, Senior Reporter daily Kawish on Thursday night. The firing incident took place at Waggan while they were on way to Naudero from Hyderabad in their car.
The Information Minister took serious notice of the incident and directed the concerned officers to immediately investigate the matter and apprehend the culprits involved.
The government, he said, will spare no effort to bring the culprits to book. Dewan Yousuf also asked the health officials to provide best possible medical facilities to Sehto who received bullet injury and was admitted to Chandka Medical College.
