Journalists injured in Karachi blasts

KARACHI: Dunya News reporter Kiran Khan, a technician and some other journalists were injured Wednesday in two bomb blasts in Orangi Town, television channels reported. Four people were killed and 13 wounded.

Police said the first blast was a suicide attack while the second that occurred in front of an Imambargah gate was detonated through a remote control device.

Security personnel were also among those injured.

On November 18, two people were killed and more than a dozen sustained injuries in an explosion near an Imambargah in Abbas Town, Karachi.
