ISLAMABAD: PTCL and HBL signed an agreement for collection of PTCL telephone bills and online funds and data transfer to facilitate its customers.
After signing of the agreement, large number of customers will greatly benefit through this, speedy method to update their account with PTCL. As a result of this, new facility, customer complaints regarding wrong billing and arrears will virtually be eliminated.
Both PTCL and HBL customers will benefit from it and their satisfaction is expected to rise considerably. HBL’s largest branch network in the country and recently enhanced systems attribute to signing of this agreement.
Mohammad Nehmatullah Toor, SEVP Finance, signed the agreement on behalf of PTCL and Sima Kamil, SEVP, Corporate Banking Group, signed on behalf of HBL. Ismail Taha SEVP HR and Administration PTCL, Mohamed Elmugtaba Babiker, Senior Advisory Member Finance were also present. Rehan Au Khan, VP Head of Cash Management and Muhammad Au, EVP Corporate Head North, represented HBL.
