Hunza cultural festival from 23rd
ISLAMABAD: The Hunza Cultural Forum will organize the annual cultural festival and the festivities of Navroz and the Pakistan Day here from March 23 to 24.
According to the organizers, “The Hunza Festival gives an opportunity to all Hunzukutz (people of Hunza) from lower (Shinaki), central (Kanjud) and upper (Gojal) regions to celebrate the beautiful culture of the mountainous region.”
This festival is now arranged every year in Islamabad by the Hunza Cultural Forum. It is open for all Hunzukutz, but the committee reserves the right to check the National Identity Card to confirm region of origin of the visitor, they said.
