Four children recovered from illegal police custody
KHAIRPUR, April 24, 2005: Four children were recovered from illegal police confinement from the lockup of the A-section police on April 23.
The Child Rights Committee Khairpur filed a petition in the sessions court Khairpur for the recovery of illegally detained children from police custody. At this, the court official conducted raid at A-section police and recovered Baber Ali, Nadir Ali, Arif Hussain and Mooni. Later, the raid commissioner sealed record and ordered the police officials to appear in the court with relevant record. Later, the sessions judge freed the children.
