Five female abducted madrassa students recovered
KARACHI : Shekhupura police recovered five abducted female madrassa students on Friday, an Aaj TV channel report said. The five girl students were kidnapped from Lahore. An Aaj TV channel report said that when the five female students were not reached their homes, their parents contacted madrassa authorities and police.
Police received an anonymous call from somewhere about girls’ abduction. Police traced the call, and somehow made contact with the abducted girls. The girls reported that they are confined in a cottage in some woody area and there are three girls there. The TV report said that two of the five abducted girls have reached their homes.
Through tracing a cellphone call, police located the girls. The law-enforcement agencies took immediate action and recovered the remaining three girls from a cottage in Ferozpur, Shekhupura.
