Condolence meetings held for murdered journalist
MIRPURKHAS: The Mirpurkhas Press Club and the National Press Club Mirpurkhas separate condolence meetings here on Saturday presided by Rashid Saleem and Qamaruddin respectively.
The meetings condemned the murder of senior journalist Zubair Ahmed Mujahid and demanded the authorities to ensure immediate arresting of the involved culprits and punish them.
The meetings paid rich tributes to the slain journalist and demanded the government to provide financial aid to his family.
Besides, Quran Khawani was also held for the slain journalist at madrassa Arabia Madinatul Uloom Madina Masjid Mirpurkhas where Ameer Moulana Hafeezur Rehman paid rich tribute to late journalist and demanded the immediate arrest of the culprits.
A meeting of the PML_F Mirpurkhas led by its president Haji Gul Mohammad Memon and other members also condemned the murder of senior journalist Zubair Ahmed Mujahid and demanded the immediate apprehending of the culprits.
