City Nazim bans gathering around examination centres
KARACHI – The City Nazim Syed Mustafa Kamal has imposed ban on any type of gathering within a radius of two hundred yards of the examination centers in Karachi for the final examinations of the Allama lqbal Open University for spring Semester 2007 being held from November l2 to January l2, 2008 at Government Sir Syed Girls College Nazimabad and Regional Campus, AIOU at ST-6, D/ 1 Block 14, F.B Area.
The ban which shall come into force with effect from 12th November 2007 and shall remain in force up to 12th January 2008 was intended to deal with interlopers and intruders in close proximity to the examination centres and to provide a congenial atmosphere for the supervisory staff as well as the examinees during the examination days/ hours.
