Ashraf Kapadia takes over as P@SHA president
KARACHI: Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) on Thursday announced the appointment of Ashraf Kapadia as its new President following the elections for the Central Executive Committee (CEC), held here recently. The new members of CEC include, Ashraf Kapadia (Managing Director of Systems Ltd): President; Owais Zaidi (Executive Director of Access Group): General Secretary; Nadeem A. Malik (CEO of n-AXIS): Vice President; and Jawwad Farid (CEO of Alchemy Technologies): Treasurer.
The other members of the CEC include, Naseer Akhter, CEO, Infotech; Syed Azhar Rizvi, Group COO, THK Solutions; Saeed Qadri, CEO, Voxel Communications; Iqtidar Zaidi, CEO, Tech Access; Yusuf Jan, CEO, Mixit Inc; Amer Hashmi, CEO, Si3. Jehan Ara, immediate past president and Urooj Alam Khan have been appointed advisors to the board. Speaking on the occasion, Kapadia said: “During the last three years, under the leadership of Jehan Ara, P@SHA has made significant strides in putting Pakistan firmly on the IT map of the world.
