Ahmed Faraz’s first death anniversary
ISLAMABAD: The first death anniversary of poet Ahmed Faraz will be observed today (Tuesday).
Special prayers will be offered for the deceased at his grave in H-8 graveyard. Literary and cultural organizations of the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad will place floral wreath at the grave.
On the directives of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shahbaz Sharif, partyÂ’s City Vice President Malik Hafeez Awan will arrange Quran Khawani in Rawalpindi for Faraz and lay floral wreath on his grave.
