A spokesman of Business North Zone Islamabad, PTCL, has said that universal access number (UAN) 111-465-465 is working for activation of value-added services for the valued customers of Islamabad and Rawalpindi cities.
In a press release he urged the subscribers to use universal access number 111-465-465, which is working from 9:00a.m to 9:00p.m for the purpose of activation for Caller Line Identification (CLI), Code Barring, Self Code Barring, Call Transfer, Call Waiting and Wakeup Service (alarm facility) for the valued customers of twin cities.
The helpline staff is giving full guidance and information to callers about the PTCL value-added services.
The spokesman further said that another billing helpline ‘1080’ has already been working from 9:00a.m to 9:00p.m for subscribers of Islamabad and Rawalpindi cities. Now there will be no need for faxing the copy or delivering personally the paid bill. Only it is needed to convey the details of payment of their phones bill like date, amount and the bank branch or post office or Nadra Kiosks in which the bill was paid in.
The phone will be restored after getting information at 1080 without any delay whereas the details of payment of bill verification is a responsibility of PTCL staff. The numbers closed under default can also be reactivated if the outstanding dues are paid.
