$5 billion investment expected in IT
LAHORE, January 10 2006: Chief Executive Officer NetSol, Salim Ghauri has said that the Information Technology industry of Pakistan was expecting around $5 billion investment in next 2-3 years and heavy inflow of foreign investment in the sector would ensure a bright future for this industry in Pakistan.
He expressed these views while addressing a press conference in connection with 10th anniversary of NetSol here on January 6.
Ghauri claimed that the NetSol was a world-wide leader of leasing, banking and knowledge automation products and solutions was established back in 1995 and had become a role model in IT sector of Pakistan. He said that the Prime Minister of Pakistan had himself appreciated the efforts of the company while inaugurating NetSol IT village in Lahore.
