240 complete Telenor internship
ISLAMABAD: Telenor Pakistan Ambassador Programme-2009 came to an end with a certificate awarding ceremony at a local hotel on Sunday.
Through this programme over 240 interns experienced internship in the corporate sector. University students from all over Pakistan got together on this occasion and remained actively engaged in real time projects that provided them ample learning opportunities.
Telenor Pakistan Ambassador Programme Convocation is an event that takes place every year to appreciate and commemorate participation of the interns.
Telenor Pakistan Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jon Eddy Abdullah, Vice President Human Capital Division Nayab Beg and senior officials from Bahria University, NUST Business School, Air University and NUML were present on the occasion.
In his address, the CEO said, “Every year Telenor Pakistan provides internship opportunities to 200 students from all over Pakistan. We look at our interns as valuable resource and believe them to be a part of Telenor family.”
In the end, he distributed certificates among successful candidates.
