Utilty Stores open at press club
Islamabad: PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain Wednesday inaugurated a Utility Store branch at National Press Club on Wednesday. He said that more strores would be set up at various press club.
He urged the Utility Stores management to evolve a plan for setting up department stroes in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore and Quetta. He climed that his party had solved the problms confornting journalists on a priority basis.
He said that after joining the government, it would work for the promotion of media. Industries and Production Additional Secretary Aziz Ahmed Bilour said the sale of commodities at utility stores rose to Rs 500 million on the frist day of Ramzan, while on the secound day it was Rs 500 million.
The sale of production on the third day of Ramzan is expected to go up to Rs 600 million.
