KARACHI – Nazeeruddin Siddiqui, Chief Photographer of The Nation had skin graphic operation of his finger seriously injured in a car blast occurred outside Pak — American Cultural Centre on May 26, where he was performing his duties.

Surgeon Dr. Shahab Baig conducted the operation at Liaquat National Hospital on June 24, while Dr. Hyder and Dr. Kashif assisted Dr. Shahab.

However, doctors said that another operation would be conducted for bone graphic of his finger after eight to 10 days.

Earlier, Naseeruddin Siddiqui was readmitted to LNH on June 23.
