State television

It was highly frustrating to see that the state-run channel, PTV, for which we pay a fee every month through our electricity bills, chose to show live a speech delivered by Manzoor Wattoo instead of giving coverage to the youth of Pakistan who were forming the largest human flag in Lahore.
PTV is the only source of information and entertainment to a large number of Pakistanis, who do not have access to cable network or satellite TV. It should keep the like and dislike and preference of its viewers in view while airing programmes. I hope the MD PTV takes notice of this issue.
