Singer seeks protection
HYDERABAD: A singer, Mohammad Urs Chandio has appealed to police to provide him protection as he was receiving threats from the family where he had performed on March 6.
Addressing a press conference at the press club on Thursday, he said that he was attacked while performing at a marriage ceremony by the bridegroom Mukhtiar and his relatives.
Urs disclosed that Tando Adam police were trying to spoil his case. He said that two out of the four accused were freed after greasing the palms and prayed to the Supreme Court to help him.
