Man kills niece over Karo Kari
NAUSHAHRO FEROZE: A woman was killed after being declared as Kari in village Abdullah Moro in the jurisdiction of the Naushahro Feroze police station late on Tuesday night.
Muhib Ali Moro killed his niece Najma, daughter of Ghulam Sarwar, a police constable, for allegedly having illicit relations with a man. The police shifted the body to the Civil Hospital, Naushahro Feroze, for autopsy and registered a case against the accused.
The mother of the deceased, while talking to this scribe, alleged that Muhib Moro murdered her daughter over old enmity and his statement regarding illicit relations was wrong. She appealed to the police high-ups to arrest and punish the murderer.
