Journalists protest
ISLAMABAD: Rawalpindi/Islamabad Union of Journalists on Monday held a protest demonstration in front of the Supreme Court Building against the torture on the son of senior journalist Shakeel Turabi.
The RIUJ staged a strong protest in front of the Supreme Court to express their anger and hatred over the gruesome incident demanding award of punishment to the accused. RIUJ President Mushtaq Minhas and others spoke on the occasion.
They demanded the arrest of the accused within 72 hours. During his address, Mushtaq Minhas said they would boycott next session in the Parliament.
