Hindu woman seeks recovery of her kidnapped daughter
HYDERABAD, August 20 (PPI): A Hindu woman Ms Kamla, wife of Pesoomal, resident of Hala, has complained that her daughter Ms Baby was kidnapped by two persons and forced to embrace Islam and one of them married her.
Holding a protest demonstration here on Monday, she said two persons Nazir Shar and Munir Shar, both residents of Ghotki,misguided her daughter via mobile phone and then kidnapped her on 2nd July 2007.
She said Nazir Shar took her daughter to Bharchoondi Sharif where he forced her to embrace Islam, who later married her. She said Nazir is the father of six children, adding police was not helping her recover her daughter. She said she went to Ghotki to see her daughter but Nazir fled along with her daughter.
The woman said Nazir had threatened to kill her if she did not keep quite.
The protesting woman appealed to higher authorities to help recover her daughter and save her life.
