Geo News programme lauded at PEC

ISLAMABAD: The quality of the Geo News pogramme “Hum Sub Ummeed Se Hain” was lauded at the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) meeting here on Thursday which asked as to why the state run television was not originating such programmes.
The PAC, which was reviewing the accounts of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, also discussed the performance of the state run television. Addressing the meeting Riaz Hussain Pirzada said “Hum Sub Ummeed Se Hain” is a popular programme.
