Functioning of Cable Network against Islam
PESHAWAR- known religious figure and provincial amir of Jamaat Ahli Sunnat Allama Mohammad Noor UI Haq Qadri while expressing his concern over allowing Cable Network System in the province has said that it would be considered violation of the Islamic norms. In a Press release, Allama Noor Ul H,iq Qadri said that Cable Network system is unislamic as it is encouraging obscenity.
He said that religious circles from all over the province are determined to resist such a system. The religious figure has called upon Chief Executive, NWFP Governor, NWFP Chief Secretary and other high ranking authorities to revise such a decision otherwise it could lead to arising of a critical situation in all over the province.
