Four arrested for attempted rape
MIRPURKHAS, July 13 2006: Old Mirpur police apprehended four accused who were wanted in Hudood case during a raid held here on Tuesday. According to information a 14 year old girl, Jamna, daughter of Naro Kolhi was working near the field in Deh 117, Taluka Hussain Bux Mari when four men Khemo, Ramo, Shewaram and Longyo forcibly took her in the field and tried to rape her. Over her hue and cry the villagers reached there and the accused managed to escape from the spot. Naro Kolhi lodged a case under Hudood Ordinance at the old Mirpur police station against the above four accused.
